These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of susanrensberger.com and the services offered by Susan Rensberger ("I," "me," or "my"), a sole proprietor based in Chicago, Illinois, USA. By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
I offer channeling sessions, energy work, and related personal development services ("Services") delivered via Google Meet. Sessions are offered as single sessions, monthly subscriptions, and session packages as described on the website.
My channeling and energy work services are intended for personal development, inner guidance, and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional help.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use my services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Booking and Payment
• Sessions must be booked through the scheduling system at susanrensberger.com/appointments or through links provided in communications from me.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Payments are processed through PayPal, Square, and other secure third-party processors. I do not store your payment information.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Session packages include a specified number of sessions to be used within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Sessions not used within that timeframe are forfeited without refund.
• Session packages require payment in full at the time of purchase. Once purchased, individual sessions within the package may be booked at any time during the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be forfeited without refund at my discretion.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full reschedule or refund.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal and spiritual services, all sales are generally final. However, I am committed to your satisfaction and will work with you in good faith if you have concerns about a session. Please contact me at susan@susanrensberger.com within 7 days of a session if you have a concern.
Monthly subscriptions cancelled before the end of a billing period are not refunded for that period. Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer
Channeling, energy work, and related services are matters of personal and spiritual belief. The guidance provided in sessions represents my channeling of your higher consciousness and is offered for your personal reflection and use. It is not intended as prediction, diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind.
Results from sessions vary by individual. I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on guidance received in sessions.
7. Confidentiality
I treat the content of all sessions as confidential. I will not share details of your sessions with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
If I wish to use a client experience as a testimonial or case study, I will seek your explicit written permission first, and all identifying information will be anonymized unless you agree otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on susanrensberger.com — including text, channeled writings, recordings, and materials — is the intellectual property of Susan Rensberger and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without my express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Rensberger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. My total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session or service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
