Project: I am a correspondent for one of the two dominant companies marketing information products and conferences to subscribers worldwide who are interested in moving, retiring, working or living part-time outside their home country. I write occasional articles for the free e-letter published by the company about the places I visit, people I meet who moved there from somewhere else, the cost of living, and both advantages and disadvantages of the area as a potential place to live and work, or retire.

Project: A small luxury resort developed and operated by Swiss investors engaged me to consult on, develop and write marketing communications in English for their worldwide market. My services include developing and writing monthly consumer and travel industry newsletters, promotional packages and news releases, as well as translating and revising Spanish copy for client communications and collateral materials. I also consult on marketing, promotions and public relations strategies. A member of both Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Healing Hotels of the World, Entre Cielos comprises a 16-room luxury hotel, Latin America's first Hammam (Turkish bath), a spa, two restaurants, and a wine shop set in an historic bodega. Surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees, and zen gardens, the property evokes peace and tranquility. Under the direction of a Swiss enologist, Entre Cielos is producing a line of premium wines for resort guests and for export to Europe from vineyards on the property.

Project: A new company retained my services to help them develop and manage their business marketing information on international investments, banking, and legal and tax services. Developed and published a digital newsletter, initiated development of a new web site, developed a business model for a membership investment service and sales of information products, managed and wrote a program of promotional emails for conferences to both attendees and speakers.

Project: Business development , advertising sales and marketing communications for a new company that markets international vacation rentals and real estate sales through both an advertising web site and a television series, now under development. I began discussions with the company early in its development, assisting the president with a variety of services, including: Editing the business plan summary for investors, advising on marketing plans, introducing the company to prospective regional representatives in the U.S. and the Caribbean, and developing a network of real estate and property manager advertisers in Spain. Upcoming projects include developing, writing and managing a newsletter on destinations for email distribution to the company's 67,000 subscribers.

Project: A company that markets investments in hard assets (forestry, commercial vineyard, and apartment,hotel and office buildings) in Argentina and Uruguay is developing a residential community, La Morada de los Andes. As marketing to to consumers is very different than marketing to investors, they asked me to assist them in developing an identity for the community, writing brochure and sales sheets copy, and writing and editing the website, www.lamoradadelosandes.com.
